Jen Holmstadt
CEO
Jen has worked in several capacities in the energy industry for over 17 years. She began her career characterizing and remediating contaminated soils/sediments on large river projects, including the Marshall, MI incident. Jen was responsible for finding oil submerged on the river bottom using geomorphic methods, directing field crews, and presenting results to regulatory agencies. That experience led Jen to focus on designing and implementing geohazard risk assessment programs for midstream and downstream companies pursuant to regulatory requirements, as well as integrity management and operational needs. She has an MS in Geomorphology from MSU, is a certified Project Management Professional, and sits on the Gas Piping Technology Committee.

Brandi Wolfe
CEO
During her 16+ years in the energy industry Brandi Wolfe has worked in planning, engineering, construction, and operations departments, both as an operator and a consultant for the coal, oil, and natural gas industries. She is actively involved in the development of industry technical standards with organizations such as the American Petroleum Institute (API), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE/AMPP), and the American Gas Association's (AGA) Gas Piping Technology Committee (GPTC).
Brandi holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology. In addition to being an Engineering Intern (EIT), she holds various certifications in optical imaging (FLIR), cathodic protection (NACE), and incident command training (FEMA).
